FIGHT EXCESSIVE ANXIETY

Excitement is primarily a person’s nervous state. This concept also means thoughts that fill a person with anxiety for the future and do not give peace. Now this state accompanies people everywhere.

1. Master breathing techniques. They will help reduce anxiety, improve sleep, you can feel calmer.

For example, you can try this: take a comfortable position, relax and focus on your feelings. Inhale slowly, hold your breath for 5 seconds, and then exhale slowly and for a long time. Repeat this set at least 5 times as an accompaniment you can use relaxing music.

2. You can also try the technique of “Relaxation due to stress”. Gradually tense certain parts of your body for a few seconds (arm muscles, press, leg muscles, etc.), and then relax them. Repeat twice for each body part.

3. Transfer your excitement to paper. Drawing skills are not important at all. Try to imagine where you feel the excitement, what it is (size, color, texture, etc.), and then draw. Then analyze your drawing, what you want to do with it. To finish something – finish painting, to break – to break, etc.
