The pandemic has set its own rules: masks in many countries have become a scarce commodity, people are collapsing websites in order to get them, the authorities are introducing rules for the mandatory wearing of masks in public places.
Brands are repurposing their factories to manufacture masks, and the most inventive designers are creating creative options – with stones, embroidery and unusual materials. Protective functions of such fancy products are still being questioned, there is no point in denying that masks are the main accessory of this year, the popularity of which definitely cannot be beaten by any “thing of the season”.
