An environmental activist and founder of Glossary Organic Products and the Glossary Foundation, has compiled a list of products that will saturate and provide energy for a long time:
Trying to maintain a diet is a daunting task. Along the way, I ate dried fruits, crackers, gluten-free cookies, apples, and drank a lot of water. I still think that a reusable water bottle is the most valuable thing I have taken with me. I drank a lot of water non-stop, and it saved me. If possible – eat a hearty breakfast that will charge the body for the whole day (cheese, eggs, fiber in the form of vegetables).
I’ve compiled a list of foods that are worth eating if you have a long way to go:
Cheeses with the maximum amount of fat
Nuts and seeds (chia, flax, sunflower seeds, macadamia nuts, pecans, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, coconut and pine nuts)
Butter of the highest fat content
Fatty varieties of fish (anchovies, coho, sockeye, halibut, mackerel, mackerel, salmon, halibut, sardines, herring)
Useful carbohydrates (buckwheat, spelled, oatmeal, quinoa, black rice)
Legumes (peas, lentils, chickpeas, hummus)
Dried fruits or fruit chips
Peanut or other your favorite nut paste
Honey
Natural dark chocolate
Leafy greens
