How to grill peaches and plums with Dorblu cheese:
Plum – 5 pcs.
Peach – 5 pcs.
Rosemary – 2 sprigs
Dorblu cheese – 50 g
Olive oil – 1 tbsp l.
Salt and pepper to taste
Wash plums and peaches well, cut in half and remove the seeds. Chop the dorblu cheese into small pieces. In fact, you can use any blue cheese. For a more delicate flavor, use Gorgonzola cheese. Season the halves of plums and peaches with salt and pepper, put slices of cheese and rosemary sprigs in them. Personally, I love the piney flavor of rosemary. If you want something more neutral, take thyme. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
